Please ensure you have read these terms and conditions carefully before booking any appointment with Back in Motion Chiropractic Clinic.

APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

• Appointment Booking: An appointment is a personal amount of time reserved exclusively for you. This applies to Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, and Private X-ray appointments. The duration of your appointment may vary based on your individual needs and treatment requirements.
• Cancellation Notice: If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to enable us to offer your appointment to another patient. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
• Late Arrivals: Please arrive for your appointment on time, having completed the patient form(s) emailed to you prior to your consultation. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time or the need to reschedule, depending on the schedule of the clinic.
• No-Show Policy: Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the full appointment fee being charged.

CREDIT CARD, DEPOSITS, AND PAYMENTS

• Booking Deposit: Debit/credit card details may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. A deposit may be charged to your card as a reservation fee. This deposit is non-refundable if you fail to provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
• Payment: Full payment for the service is required either at the time of booking or on the day of the appointment. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.
• Refunds on Non-Attendance: If you have paid for an appointment and subsequently are unable to attend, we will offer you a refund provided you have given at least 24 hours’ notice. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

TREATMENT SUITABILITY

• Practitioner Qualifications: All practitioners and therapists at Back in Motion Chiropractic Clinic are trained and certified.
• Initial Assessment: In some cases, we will assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out.
• Additional Information: Extra information, tests, or imaging may be required to confirm suitability for treatment. This includes Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, and Private X-ray services.
• Treatment Outcomes: While we strive for successful outcomes, individual results may vary. The effectiveness of treatment cannot be guaranteed.

REFUND POLICY

• Refunds on Cancellations: If you have paid for an appointment and are subsequently unable to attend, we will offer you a refund provided you have given at least 24 hours’ notice. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds on Services Rendered: We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on consultation/treatment services that have already been rendered.
• Service Complaints: If you're unhappy with your consultation or treatment, please let us know. We would like to resolve any issues you have. This includes all services offered at our clinic.
• Statutory Rights: This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.

GENERAL TERMS

• Confidentiality: All patient information is kept confidential and used solely for treatment purposes in accordance with our privacy policy.
• Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and available at the clinic reception.
• Clinic Policies: By booking an appointment with us, you agree to abide by the clinic’s policies and procedures.
• Health and Safety: For the safety and well-being of all patients and staff, please follow the clinic’s health and safety guidelines during your visit.
